SHOWROOM

SUB 1000cc SPORTBIKE SALON

LIGHT WEIGHT SPORT

Congratulations! You’ve decided to purchase a new Supersport. You are at the start of a beautiful journey. But wait! Which bike do you choose from the plethora of options out there?  SpeedeeJ Sub 1000cc Supersport Showroom brings you new bike options  in one location to help you choose.

Use the Showroom as a starting point to help educate yourself on the many motorcycles available to you; a quick reference guide. Once you shortlist your favourites, use the links to manufacturers websites and reviews to research your potential purchase in depth.

LOCATION, LOCATION

This specific Showroom is Australia centric. The many rules in place worldwide make it nearly impossible to tailor a salon to each region’s particular rules. Fear not; however, manufacturers produce machines for a global market and make minor adjustments for local laws and regulations.

This means that the motorcycles covered here are generally available in most regions. Of course, you will need to research the availability and specification for your favourite bike in your location.

PRICING AND AVAILABILITY

All prices quoted here are correct at the time of writing and are recommended retail prices unless otherwise stated. Sometimes manufacturers offer different versions or options. This can vary the price of a given model; therefore, average prices are listed.

Remember, you will need to factor in additional on-road and delivery costs when researching your ride-away prices. These will vary depending on where you live.

HEAVY METAL

All weights quoted are curb weights unless otherwise stated. Curb weight is the weight of the bike with all fluids and fuel ready to ride. You will often see this referred to as the ‘wet weight’ of a motorcycle. For reference, ‘dry weight’ is the bike’s weight without fluids and fuels (and sometimes without battery).

WORRY NOT

Warranties are not listed here because they can differ in each country. Generally, warranties will cover your motorcycle between one and three years and up to unlimited kilometres. Please check the manufacturer website in your location for specific warranty information.

COLOUR YOUR DAY

Images are indicative and may not represent the colours available to you in your location. Manufacturers can vary the colour schemes for different countries.

LET’S GET STARTED

Alright, enough of the boring stuff! You want to move onto your research. Below you will find an alphabetical guide to some fantastic machines in the Sportbike category from numerous manufacturers. Use the links to move quickly around the page.

You will be surprised at just how many options there are. So enjoy your research, and don’t forget to follow that up with an actual dealership visit where you can taste, smell, and feel the machines firsthand.

So let’s get into it; your lifetime love for motorcycles continues here!
